The Brashear/Novinger Tiger baseball team headed to Higbee Tuesday. The Tigers got off to a quick start with 3 runs in the 1st and another 3 in the 3rd. Brashear added another 2 in the top of the 4th to take an 8-0 lead, but Higbee put up 4 in the bottom of the 4th to close the gap to 8-4. The Tigers put the game away with an 11-run 6th to claim a 19-4 6-inning win. Koenn Stewert, Cade Erwin, Cory Kennedy, Quincy Chapman, and Cole Erwin had 2 hits each with Cory Holcomb also having a hit. Koenn Stewert got the start, striking out 5 in 3.2 innings with Quincy Chapman striking out 4 in 2.1 innings of relief.
